I had been quoted three different prices by three consultants for the same Private Limited registration. Incorvia gave me one number and stuck to it. Certificate came through in nine days.
The part I actually value is the reminder before the due date. We missed a DIR-3 KYC in our first year with someone else and paid ₹5,000 for it. Has not happened since.
Our trademark got an examination objection and I assumed that was the end of it. The team drafted the reply, took the hearing, and it went through. Worth every rupee.
Usually 10 to 14 working days from the moment we have all your documents. Name approval takes 2 to 3 days, and SPICe+ processing at MCA takes another 7 to 10. Delays almost always come from mismatched address proofs, which is why we check them before filing.
Our entire professional fee for a Private Limited incorporation — name approval, two Digital Signature Certificates, DINs for the directors, MOA and AOA drafting, the SPICe+ filing, and PAN and TAN. What sits outside it is the government fee and state stamp duty, which we pass through at actuals with the challan attached. Nothing is added to the ₹1,999 later.
Government fees and stamp duty. Stamp duty varies by state and by your authorised capital, so we cannot quote a single number for it. You will see the exact statutory amount as a separate line before you approve payment, and we bill it at actuals with the challan attached.
No. A residential address works for the registered office as long as you can provide a recent utility bill and a no-objection letter from the owner. Many companies register at home and shift the address later through form INC-22.
If you plan to raise external funding or issue ESOPs, go Private Limited — investors will not put money into an LLP. If it is a services firm with a small set of partners and no fundraising plans, an LLP costs less to run and has lighter annual compliance. We will walk through both on the first call.
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. We start with a health check on your past filings, tell you exactly what is pending and what it will cost to regularise, then take over the calendar from the current quarter.
If we miss a deadline that was in your calendar and you gave us the documents on time, we pay the late fee. That is the arrangement. If documents come to us late, we will tell you the revised risk before the date passes rather than after.
Tell us what you are building. We will tell you what it takes to register it, what it costs to keep it compliant, and nothing you do not need.
