These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, mobile applications, communication channels, and services offered under the brand Incorvia, operated by The Pioneers India Private Limited (“Incorvia”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing our website or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue using our website and services immediately.
Incorvia is a business consulting and compliance platform that assists entrepreneurs, startups, companies, LLPs, firms and professionals with business registration, regulatory compliance, advisory, licensing, intellectual property, startup support and other allied professional services.
Certain services may be delivered directly by Incorvia or through qualified professionals, including Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, Advocates, Trademark Agents and other licensed experts.
You represent and warrant that:
Incorvia facilitates professional services relating to business registration, taxation, compliance, legal documentation and startup advisory.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, Incorvia does not provide legal representation before courts or act as a law firm. Any legal, tax or financial opinions are limited to the scope of the engagement and should not be construed as independent legal or investment advice.
Government authorities retain sole discretion regarding approvals, registrations, certificates and licenses. Incorvia cannot guarantee approval of any application.

The Client remains solely responsible for the authenticity and legality of all documents submitted.
Professional fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Government fees, statutory charges, taxes, stamp duty, Digital Signature Certificates (DSC), third-party charges and similar costs shall be payable separately unless expressly included in the quotation.
Services may commence immediately after successful receipt of payment.
For all purposes, including cancellation and refund eligibility, services shall be deemed to have commenced immediately upon the occurrence of any one of the following:
The Company’s internal activities constitute commencement of service irrespective of whether any filing has been made before a government authority.
All timelines communicated by Incorvia are indicative estimates only.
Actual timelines depend upon Government departments (MCA, GSTN, DPIIT, Income Tax, etc.), third-party agencies, client cooperation, technical issues, and regulatory changes. Incorvia shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.
8.2 Refund Processing: Approved refunds shall ordinarily be processed to the original payment method. Where requested by the Client and approved after successful verification, Incorvia may process the refund through another payment method communicated via the registered email address.
8.3 Non-Refundable Charges: The following shall remain non-refundable under all circumstances once incurred: Government fees, statutory charges, DSC charges, DIN charges, Stamp Duty, payment gateway charges, GST, third-party professional fees, courier expenses, notarisation charges, certification fees, and any other third-party costs.
8.4 Refund After Commencement: Once two hours have elapsed from successful payment or service has commenced, whichever occurs earlier, professional fees become non-refundable. At its sole discretion, Incorvia may issue a credit note that can be utilised for eligible future services.
Where the Client fails to provide required information or remains unresponsive for more than 15 calendar days, the engagement may be placed on hold. If such non-cooperation continues for 45 calendar days, the engagement may be treated as abandoned without any refund obligation.
All content on the website including logos, graphics, software, workflows, documents, templates, branding, text, design and technology remains the exclusive property of Incorvia or its licensors. No content may be copied, reproduced or commercially exploited without prior written consent.
Incorvia shall use commercially reasonable measures to protect confidential information received from Clients. The Company may disclose information where required by law, court order or regulatory authorities.
The Client consents to receiving communications through Email, Phone, SMS, WhatsApp, Website notifications, and other electronic communication channels relating to service updates, compliance reminders, invoices, or document requests.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of Incorvia arising out of any engagement shall not exceed the professional fees actually received by Incorvia for that particular engagement. Government fees, taxes, statutory payments and third-party costs shall be excluded from such calculation.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Incorvia, its directors, employees, consultants and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities or expenses arising from inaccurate information supplied by the Client, violation of applicable laws, misuse of services, or breach of these Terms.
Incorvia shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including governmental actions, regulatory changes, strikes, internet failures, cyber incidents, natural disasters, portal outages, or banking disruptions.
Incorvia reserves the right to suspend, decline or terminate any engagement where false information is submitted, fraudulent activity is suspected, applicable laws prohibit continuation, or abusive conduct is directed toward staff.
Incorvia reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms shall become effective upon publication on the website. Continued use of the Services after such publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts having jurisdiction over the Company’s registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
